Hi,u m having protruded two upper front teeth and lower protrusion also.how much protrusion decrement is possible with IPR.as I dnt want to go for extraction .
My orthodontist told tere will be 1mm retraction in the teeth .Isn't it very less.will ik make any difetenX
Anyways my teeth are not outside my lips .But it looks slanting

Without seeing X-rays and clinically ... it's very difficult to comment .. if you are not happy with the orthodontist u can take a second opinion from another orthodontist
