Orthodontic Relapse (Diastema)
I underwent orthodontic treatment a few years ago.. Then after spacing correctly.. I didn't wear retainers properly.. Which created diastema in front teeth (4 of the front teeth) What is the best option to treat it again? Can I go for porcelain veening?

Midline diastema after treatment needs permanent fixed retainer from lingual side of the teeth. If it is because of the labial frenum frenectomy with fixed lingual retainer is the protocol. Porcelain veneers is artificialand needs invasive procedures. If you can get it corrected naturally that will be more beneficial in long term.

Redo orthodontics
