OSMF and oral pigmented areas
I have OSMF and oral pigmented areas in the buccal mucosa. I am under the treatment of an ENT. I had habits of chewing pan masala and smoking and have quit the same now. I am unable to eat spicy food at all. Wanted to know will these patches ever regress and what are the chances for it being malignant ever.

These patches will eventually regress provided you don't repeat your habit again Likely for conversion into malignancy if again you start
