My mother is suffering from knee joint pain for last few days. yesterday we visited an orthopedic doctor, who said it's ostrio artheritis. Is dr. Ortho ayurvedic oli useful for my mother ?

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
