मैं खान पान में काफी लापरवाही बरत रहा हूँ क्योंकि पठन पाठन में ज्यादा व्यस्त रहता हूँ..
मुझे अपने शरीर को थोड़ा मजबूत और स्वस्थ कैसे बना सकता हूँ..???
मैं क्या करूं मै मेडिकल की तैयारी कर रहा हूँ..
और अपने आप को स्वस्थ नहीं रख पा रहा हूँ.. ो
शरीर से मैं बिलकुल ही कमजोर हूँ..
हस्तमैथुन की आदत भी लग गया है....
