Ovarian cyst
Is a 1x2 mm cyst in ovary a problem? does it need treatment or will it go away on its own?? could it be just due to ovulation? i was told that it is nothing to worry about but wanted to confirm.

Yes. In fact I am wondering how that doctor measured 1mm × 2mm. As per my knowledge you can't measure 1mm by ultrasound.
