Multiple cysts measuring 60*56*43 mm noted in right adnexal region noted with thick internal septations and no internal vascularity noted. Left ovary measures 3.2*3.2*2.1cm with a volume of 11.8ml. A cyst measuring 21*11mm noted in left ovary . Left ovary dominant follicle. Impression is right ovarian cysts. I'm afraid of those cysts ...should it be removed by surgery or by medicines.. Please help me

Do a CA 125. Simple cysts don't need removal. But the cyst on right side needs evaluation. Are you having any complaints? You may also need a pelvic MRI to understand the cyst in detail and decide if it needs removal
