I had a breakup last week and I'm feeling very stressed and sometimes feel like to suicide. Im trying to recover my self but unable to come out if the stress.

Any person having an interpersonal conflict can have these symptoms. It is more of an acute stress reaction which usually settle with time. Avoid being alone. Maintain a proper sleep and diet pattern. Try to be with friends and family. Do regular exercises and relaxation exercises. If you still feel to have symptoms and if you get suicidal thoughts kindly consult a psychiatrist immediately
