My cousin (age: 21) just had 56 bisoprolol hemifumarate tablets. Is this serious.

Bisoprolol is beta blocker..used to reduce hypetension ..and heart related ,,it comes in 5 ,10 mg etc..plz make sure how uch has she consumed ,otherwise it's s sreious..she may go into hypo
