This pain may be or may not be related to your typhoid illness. Usually in India , all fever is diagnosed a typhoid and all joint pain or pain with swelling is diagnosed as uric acid problem !!!!!!! So u need to visit a Rheumatologist( specialist in joint pain which is not trauma related) for further assessment of problem.
Next Steps
Consult a Rheumatologist nearby
