Pain and burning sensation in epigastric
Hello doctors, my name is beauti Sarkar and I am 25 years old.For the past 15 days I have been having problems with digestion and others problem . Pain in epigastric region.the pain is straight towards the stomach.burning sensation from time to time.i made many reports - USG,cbc, Lft. Mild splenomegaly caught in USG. LFT and CBC is normal. I showed a M.D(medicine) doctor but that didn't solve the problem either.it hurts when I go to sleep in bend position. The medicine doctor prescribed me these kinds of medicine - Lupivon 20mg tab, instraraft oral suspension syrup and Normaxin tab .but , Nothing happened either . What should I do now doctor?

You have mild collection in the pouch of Douglas suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease according to USG. But your symptoms are more of gastritis. Need to see your other reports which you have done. For PID you see a gynaecologist. For mild splenomegaly i can evaluate you. Symptoms are indicative of acid peptic disease but more history is needed. Take pantop tablet once daily before breakfast and syp mucaine gel three times a day before meal. But futher workup is needed to rule out other causes.
