Respected Sir, Iam suffering from severe pain and air pressure from inside ear, I already have nose infection sounds are coming from ear and nose also please help me how to overcome this problem sir

Hello.
According to your symptoms I feel you must have eustachian tube dysfunction due to nose problem that can lead to even serus otitis media.
So yes this is totally curable
You can take medicines for that and try Valsalva manurve at home after using nose drops
