Pain and pricking inside vagina
I am experiencing pain and a pricking sensation inside the right side of my vagina for the last 2 days and today I checked in the mirror and I saw a reddish bulbous swelling. I took an anti inflammatory medicine but it is not helping. Can you suggest what I can do ? It has never occurred before and it is really painful

this can be a feature of something called bartholin cyst but I am not sure about it because there is no examination done here or there is no picture attached so Hans you consult a Doctor nearby
