There is increasing pain on lower left premolar gum .
Initially one week back it was painful only on eating but now it's tender with slight touching also
I had filling in that tooth as well
Don't remember eating anything hard too

The pain indicates you have re infection of the filled teeth which progress apically and cause gum infection...clinical and radiological (X RAY) examination is needed to rule out the cause...
if there is re infection of filled teeth then root canal tretment followed by capping is indicated...

Pain in the gum can either be a gum issue or a long standing tooth issue that went unchecked.
Since you mentioned you have a filling in that tooth it is possible that there was decay under the filling and that infected the nerve and root. In this case a root canal may be required.
It could also mean that there is a gap between the filling and adjacent tooth which caused food to get lodged in the gum and cause pain. In whch case a scaling of that area and redoing the filling is required.
