Burning sensation while urinating is usually caused if dehydrated or in UTI urinary tract infection. Have more fluids like ors, tender coconut water, fruit juices especially cranberry juice is found to be helpful in UTI. Get urine test done, if you have got t done then u can send the reports, depending on that whether antibiotics needed can be said. According to details you have mentioned Leg n heel pain with swelling can be because of overweight. It can be reduced by foot end elevation while sleeping, avoid standing for long duration, hot fomentation. You can try acupuncture even. Leg swelling n pain is seen in deep vein thrombosis, cellulitis, peripheral vascular diseases. Patient needs to get vascular doppler done if swelling and pain persists even after taking medication. Please consult general surgeon/vascular surgeon once.
