Oh.. it can be.. anything.. starting from funiculitis .. epididymoorchitis.. etc... the list goes on..
Take any pain medication and a broad spectrum antibiotic coverage... like ceftriaxone..
If not relieved thoroughly get investigated.
Testicular pain has many causes including infection of epididymis ,testes itself , radiating pain from stones ,vein disorder around testicles
In such instances get urine analysis and ultrasound scan of scrotum done
Since when? Is the right testicle enlarged. Do you stand for a long time? Do you feel radiation of pain from back? Do you have pain while passing urine? Go for an Ultrasound of scrotum.
Keep legs elevated while sleeping.
