Pain below abdomen and semi diarrhea.

I am experiencing pain in abdominal area particularly at the left side. I have sort of diarrhea. My experiencing this from past 3 days. I am having no other symptoms. What is the diagnosis and possible remedies and diet. Thank you very much.
