Pain below solar plexus

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, im experiencing pain while swallowing anything in the solar plexus area. Not much pain while water but anything else .. from 2 days . Nothing else is happening rest all fine .. pain goes away after food but smtimes cmes when sitting idle . kindly help..thanx
