I had a pain between my shoulder and the heart on left I thought maybe it was due to exercising as I am doing different exercises now and now the paid has faded away and iam 100% ok but having second thoughts that it can be a heartattack or some other heart disease any help would be awesome thank you

It could be  because of your exercise.  Don't stress it is not related to the heart.
