Pain in abdominal area
From last three days I am having pain in abdominal area. Earlier I used to have pain in upper abdominal portions, and the same started three days back. But today, pain has elevated and has spread over stomach area. I am not having proper bowl movement from last couple of days, and stomach has become tender as in even on touching or travelling, I could feel the pain. Please suggest what could be the possible reason behind this and should I do to get rid of it.

Cap Doxy once daily
Tab Disprin 1 twice daily
Tab levocetrizin 1 tab twice daily
For five days, May repeat if required.
Tab Albendazol chewable one tab with
Tab Bisacodyl one & Secnil two tabs.
Once only, Single dose.
