Pain in above abdomen
I am experiencing pain/heaviness in above abdomen in center of the stomach below ribs.. this pain is more like discomfort and irritating and feel nauseas, I am already on medication but it's of no help please advise which doctor I should visit now to get this treated, it's been three days I am having this pain

Avoid oily fried and spicy food
• avoid lemon orange tamarind
Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating
• donot lie immediately after having food
• sit atleast 1 hour after food
• have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion
•have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals
• lie on left side while sleeping
• keep your head end elevated while sleeping
