Pain in bones of feet
I have pain in almost all feet bones. On start it was felt during standing for long time. But now I feel little pain even in sitting or lying down position. Is it vitamin D Or calcium deficiency.. I cant stand for long.. After 5 mins it start pain in all feet bones... Please help.. It's from last 4 months

Yes it can be due to Vitamin deficiency. But plz meet orthopaedician for any other problems causing pain in your feet

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the foot and ankle. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for foot and ankle and toes. --.(Take help of a physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Vitamin deficiency alone could not be the cause of this pain.
