Pain in both elbows
Hi am a 46 year old healthy male. Am into heavy weight training. Recently I have started experiencing pain in both my elbows. There's no external injury. The pain is internal. It becomes acute when am trying to work out my triceps; especially when I raise weights over head and try to bend my elbows behind my head towards my neck. After am done with my workout the pain lingers for some time and recedes slightly. Of late the pain is becoming unbearable restricting my hands movement. Please oblige and advise. Thank you.

You need to visit an Orthopaedic surgeon to get this assessed . Most likely your triceps ligament is getting strained due to which there is Pain . Restrict your weight training for a few days . Visit a Physiotherapist as well
