Pain in both hands from elbow to palm

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have tested positive with Covid on 23rd April and after complete isolation tested negative on 3rd May,2021. From yesterday experiencing a pain in my both hands from elbow to palm, and feels tiredness frequently. Do I need to consider in taking any body test or how to proceed.
