Pain in both legs and chest and stomach

Hi doctor 2 years back i diagnosed with pulmonary embolism still have pain in chest. last week I saw a blood in sputum I have joint pain in legs too much and headache always I always feel tired weakness no concentration in work Confused mind And I have ibs problem pain in stomach I want complete treatment to get out all of this problem Please suggest me doctor
