Hello.. Pain in both the calf region and in legs can be due to Vitamin D deficiency. Vit D deficiency is common in india and more so in females. So either get a vit d level done or start the following
Tab Gemacal 1×2 daily
Sachet calcirol 60k once a week in milk
Take some multivitamin such as A to Z etc once daily too.
Continue for atleast a month and hope ul be better..
