Pain in cer back shoulder, Neck and hand
Hi! It all started in may i sometimes sleeping used to feel my hands numb and use to feel like electricity running in my hand.. i ignored it And after 1 month i started feelig slight pain in neck and shoulders as well.. Now i don't remember a single day from past 3 months that I didn't had pain in neck and shoulder when waking up... help...

There can be two reason for this pain 1.  Neck problem related cercervical spondylosis 2.  Carpal tunnel syndrome localising at wrist with compression of ur median nerve at wrist. See an orthopaedic surgeon near u to assess u properly and know the exact reason for ur pain anf guide u with the treatment.
