Pain in chest
Last month accident of my bike and bike handle is hit my chest i already suggest a doctor and done x-ray but doctor said no any fracture and injury but pain is as it is

Yeah..that's may be Costochondritis which cannot visible in x ray.
You should visit physiotherapist once and start with ultrasound treatment followed by cold pack.
For Costochondritis ultrasonic intensity and mode is different then only you can be relieved.
