Pain In Foot After Get Up form sleep
Sir...I feel pain in my foot (lower leg) just after get up form bed in the morning.. Just after get up form bed in morning I start walking and the time I walk I feel the pain in my foot...just after get up from the bed when I start walking I feel the pain.. And the pain stand for a while for half to 1 minute.. Then the pain gone...almost everyday I feel the same pain in my foot... Just after I get up form bed and start walking...I feel the pain in walking for 1min then it's all OK...Sir what to doo
