Pain in front teeth
Hi, pls find attached dental xray report. I had done root canal for 1 of the teeth 6 years back. Now the adjoining teeth is paining and the gum is inflamed. PLS advise further action basis xray.

Gum inflammation will b ok after u do rct to the adjacent tooth as it has periapical lesion. N do capping after root canal.

The adjacent tooth has periapical lesion .You have to go for a root canal for the same.

Adjacent tooth needs root canal treatment. Gum abscess will subside once you are done with root canal treatment.

It looks like during RCT process adjacent tooth has got some problems.
You should go for consultation done as soon as possible.
If possible try to get iopa radiography done then it will be more visible.
