Pain in gum and when teeth is tightly moved with fingers it is shaking which toothpaste should i use for avoid gum problem and help in good teeth maintain with yellow Plquage.

As you are having gum problems, you need to provide at least clinical picture of your gums. You need to take pictures. You should visit your nearest dentist.

Till date , plz apply Rexidine m forte gel over the gums where you are having pain.Apply gel for 4 to 5 times in a day with gently massage over the gums. If you want to take pain killer , Take Tab zerodol sp as and when required.

A clinical examination is must for the problem.... At Least a pic wud have also helped... For now take tab dolokind aa for pain three times a day for 3 days
