Pain In hand and feet
I feel pain in hand and legs , bottom of feet also aches and poor sleep since week. Mostly feel  pain during night.feel Fatigue while walking. We are drinking demineralised water because of non availability of plain water.

Your pain can be due to overstrain or you will be anaemic.. that means you have to check your hemoglobin levels and also calcium and thyroid levels..drink plenty of fluids..

Before sleeping you can dip your foot in warm water mixed with salt and massage for sometime.. foot will be relaxed..
