Pain in hand fingers. Continuous pain in both hand fingers joints Currently diabetes medication going on since last 3-4 years. Please suggest whom to contact and what type of problem I'm in

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Pain in the finger joints could be due to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis arthritis, nerve injuries, muscle spasms. It will need clinical examination and x rays, blood tests. Consult orthopedic for further evaluation and treatment
