Pain in Heel and fron foot area
Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from foot pain specially in heel and front finger joint that is calcaneus and sesamoid resp.This is heppening from the last fifteen days specially during and after walking and standing for long hours please suggest what action is required.

Hai u may have got a calcaneal spur if there is a swelling at ur heel if it is hurting u more kindly visit an ortho and have a x ray done mean while u can give hot water fermentation and nearby Physio could help u with ultrasound management for A period of 7 days avoid using high heels and give rest

Try to use soft sole for ur shoe if ur using a shoe and MCR would be better for walking within home
