Pain in heel
I have very much pain in the side of my heel. Facing difficulty to walk. It feels like you are being pricked by many thorns. I had a pedicure before the pain started. Please advise

It's plantar fascitis. Use anti inflammatory medications and use soft cushioned footwear.
