Pain in knee
I am expereincing pain in the left side of the knee of the left leg for last one month. I also experience little problem in getting up only in that particular knee. The pain is more during sleep and after i get up. I am 25 yrs old. I used to experience the same problem couple of yrs ago and got the xray done but everything was fine it stopped then

Hi
First of all tell me is there any difficulty in bending your knee?
May be possible there are some inflammation in knee and some muscle weekness that's why whenever u working more or more strain on knee u have pain
So do one thing apply ice over there
Once your pain subside go for physiotherapy and start exercises for strengthening your knee muscle
