Pain in knee
My wife have pain in knee. It arises suddenly and it is not continous. In morning the fingers are stiff.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

She is suffering from meniscus  injury or osteoarthritis. ....don't go for any medicine...just do some mobilization.  She will get relief. .from pain and stiffness. ... How u do mobilization. ... www.thephysiopoint.com

Just tell her to lying  stright....then u have to twist her leg anti clock wise..( only leg ..not thigh )....then tell her to flex her knee...repeat  5 times....in a day.....she will be perfectly Allright. ....
