Hello I have been having pain in both my knee caps for a while. At first I thought it was due to over strain as the pains started after I played for like 5 hours straight but even after a week of rest the pain has not gone

Knee cap pain might be due to patellar maltracking. Do VMO exercise. If not improving consult orthopaedic doctor
