Pain in L3 and L4
Respected Sir/Madam, I have schmorls node in L3 and L4. Now, for this condion, I am taking pain killers and doing physiotherapy with consultation of doctor. If there is any gap in physiotherapy, the pain again come after some days. I request you to kindly provide me the permanent treatment for the condition. Thanking You in advance

Lie down flat on a carpet/mat .no pillow. Rest is the best remedy. Take ksheerabala101 cap  one each three times a day for a month.
