Pain in left arm and left chest and pulp
I am girl of 18 years of age,I am having pain in my left chest and left arm I also have pulpitition. I feel dizzy sometimes. In internet it says it is a symptom of heart attack should I be worried?

No it is not specific to heart disease, the way you have described does not suggest it as cardiac pain and this is not the age for getting artery blockage so chill, all you are felling are nonspecific symptoms
