Pain in left knee
I get the pain in left knee while driving the car due to pressing of clutch. I am healthy and not overweight. No pain in right knee. Please suggest is it a vitamin deficiency or build up of uric acid?

Hi, this is Dr hitin Mathur, Orthopaedic surgeon at fortis C Doc Hospital, New Delhi Welcome to Practo. As far as your knee pain is concerned, a thorough examination of the knee, will help better understand your problem. There are multiple causes of knee pain raised uric acid and low Vitamin D being one of them. Thus, I would advise you to get the following blood test fasting: calcium, Phosphorus Alkaline phosphatase, vitamin D levels, pth and uric acid. Revert back with blood investigations reports.
