Pain in left upper Abdominal and back
Hi,
I have been dealing with a rotating mild pain near left side upper abdominal, chest and back from 1 month.
My LFT is normal now SGOT 20 and SGPT 22, My ESR is 2, My ultrasound report is also clear. Lipid profile is also normal.
Please let me know what could be the reason behind this?
It creates a discomfort and really annoying.
