Pain in Lower Abdomen
I am getting pain in my abdomen area especially lower abdomen since 1 month. And it subsides when i lie down. But when doing normal activity it is so uncomfortable. Ultrasound is all normal. Urinary bladder showed some echoes. What to do? Please give some advice.

Good morning.. Lower abdomen pain causes are many like - first we should know which side is the pain sharply located at, left or right or both sides. Based on the side and the kind of pain , continuous or intermittent pain and we will able to guide you . - The causes of pain can be urine infection, vaginal infection, constipation problem or can be small kidney stones which some time cannot be seen on scan.. Should drink plenty of water frequently. - never try to hold your urine for long time, can cause infection which leads to pain abdomen. - if pain is particularly on right lower abdomen or vomiting or nausea if associated show to a general surgeon once to rule out appendix infection.
Next Steps
- get urine culture test, and drink plenty of water.
