Pain in lower back
I had a minor pain in my lower back(around hip joint) from last two days. As i am very active and didn't face this type of problem till yet.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Do you think it has raised from some activity/unusual activity.? What makes it better and worse.? Does it remain same with any activity or it gets aggravated.? Any time of day or night when it is worse.call on my number for more clarity.or contact any well qualified Physiotherapist.
