Pain in lower back
Im 21 yrs old and 4 months ago after waking up from night sleep i felt pain in my right side of lower back it travels anywhere from my right ribs of backside till my waist (it does not pain in my hips at all)..it has stayed till now, i have no problem and there is no pain in walking, running, playing, sitting at all but when i lay down to sleep, movements become difficult and painfull as it pains alot in that area.. First i thought its a strain/sprain which will go automatically but it didnt go till now and i didnt take any medications yet...i might ha e lordosis i suspect coz my back curvature is a bit more bent than normal but i cant say perfectly as i have no pure idea but it pains alot while sleep.. Plz help me asap

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Its postural malalignment defecit dear ...Just get your q.lumborum ,lattismus dorsi.. Serratus posterior inferior and superior muscles released through manual therapy or dry needling from a expertise sports physio followsd by kinesiolocial taping application....Thats all ..U will be fine in 1 week max

It seems to be due to any spasmodic muscle and it increases with the immobilization period.. And becomes comfortable with the activities.
Next Steps
Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +stretching exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Apply hot pack+apply some painkiller gel +place a cushion below the painful site while lying. Do some side stretch and rotations.

Hi... Your pain in your low back could be due to muscle spasm...in your back.. The spasm could occur instantaneously and can last longer till it get treatment...what you had might be a low grade one you are not experiencing any issues with that in your day to day activities... This spasm could limit the spinal mobility and that is what you feel as pain while sleeping as it is subjected to stretch in that position... I suggest you to kindly do lot if icing.. Gently stretch your low back and oblique muscles... If you have a foam roller, you can lie on it and roll your back.... Follow it up with icing... Don't lift any weight for now... Increased lordosis is a postural issue may not be contributing to this problem so much....so don't worry about that... Hope this is helpful for you..
