Pain in lower part of body
Hi I have pain in the stomach and below area since last night. Don't know what it could be. I haven't passed stool properly however, I feel it's not because of that or gastric issue.

take syrup smuth 2 tsp at night ....if you have other symptoms like burning micturation white discharge consult a  gynaecologist.
