Pain in muscle
I'm a yoga instructor and have been facing pain in every muscle of my body. Every morning when I wake up it feels like my body is so weak & so lethargic to wake up. My wrist, neck, knee, elbow, hands and back hurts... Now I want to go for some check-ups of vitamins & protien... Suggest me what are the necessary check-ups?
