Please consult a Neurophysician with this report. The report doesn't fit with your symptoms. So further investigations may be required after a complete clinical examination. You should not ignore this.

It sounds like you're experiencing a combination of symptoms related to both your cervical issue and potential gas pain. The tightness and pain in your left calf that travels to your thigh could be related to muscle strain, nerve irritation, or even issues stemming from your cervical spine, especially since you've been having arm, neck, and back pain on the left side. However, leg pain should be monitored carefully, as it could occasionally indicate a more serious issue like deep vein thrombosis (DVT), especially if the leg becomes swollen, discolored, or warm to the touch. Since the pain isn't constant and seems to improve with medication, it may not be immediately serious, but it's important to mention it to your doctor to rule out any complications. Given your history of cervical pain, the leg pain could also be related to nerve compression or irritation. I recommend consulting with your doctor, especially if the leg pain persists or worsens. They may suggest further evaluation or imaging to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, gentle stretching and monitoring your symptoms can help provide some relief.
