Pain - in my mouth
I have dirty dirty yellow teeth. Lot of pain. Pls help. I brush everyday .
It also bleeds at times. And it's painful

The dirty, dirty yellow teeth needs to checked clinically by a dentist and it will be treated accordingly.

For temporary relief before you visit the dentist, please take a mild painkiller like Dolo 650 after food and gargle with warm water and salt solution 5-6 times a day. (If you are allergic to Paracetamol do not take the above drug and I have not mentioned a stronger painkiller as it needs to be prescribed only after thorough examination).

Bleeding gum is caused by inadequate plaque removal.plaque contain germ which attack the healthy tissue around the teeth.which causes the beeding gum and dirty yellow teeth

For dirty Yello teeth and bleeding you will have to get cleaning of teeth done. For pain you will have to get your teeth checked for cavities or this can be related to your gums. So contact any nearby dentist for treatment.

U probably have pyorrhea, u need to do warm saline gargles 4-5 a times a day. And go gum massage with a gum paint.
