  3. Pain in neck muscles. It didn’t help!

Pain in neck muscles
From last three days I hve pain in my neck muscles on the right ride. The pain starts from behind my right ear and it is till the right shoulder muscles. Stiffness is there in the muscles behind both of my ears. I have tried applying hot water bag but it didn’t help

Might be your paraspinal neck muscles are become spasmodic please consult physiotherapist and start taking treatment for that like isometric, stretching and strengthening exercises for your neck muscles

till than apply ice over that painful area
